Deleting emails from the phone

Hi all

I'm sorry for the basic Question, but my GF is the one with the phone and her with a phone manual is like me with a hoover 😉
My question is that I have been sending her emails with large attachments which she has been reading without problem.

However, she told me today she cannot recieve any more because the mailbox on the server is full. (Virgin.net)

I told her that she needs to delete locally and off the server as well for it to take effect but she doesn't know how.

Could some kind soul please shed a light on this as she is unwilling to send me any more pics/vids to my mobile until I fix the problem and I need the stimulation to get me through my mundane job. 😃

When you delete an email in the phone (Options -> Delete), you're asked whether the message should only be deleted on the phone or also on the server. In either case, next time you retrieve messages, those marked for deletion this way are deleted.
