Hi,
Since two days back my nokia 3650 working very fine. But after I installed a couple of applications like Torch, Handy car, Handy expense, Handy safe, black list, Ringtone studio.. etc my phone gets trouble. Whenever switch off the mobile need a battery reset to switch ON. otherwise it hangs on startup. When it hangs on startup it shows nokia screen only. Today morning first I reset the battery and switch ON the mobile. It boot normaly.
What may be the cause…?
Due to over application load then why it switch ON normaly after a battery reset..?
I removed few applications which are suspected. But still no change.!
I didn’t do the clean format. Because not yet completed my data back up.
Firmware Version is 2.50. where I can get latest firmware?
Any suggestions or solutions more appreciable..
Regards,
Baiju.

First of all dont install warez
2nd dont fill the Internal memory
3rd always back up your data, EG Phone book, images videos, messages GPRS/MMS configurations etc.
4th before formatting try to boot in safe mode then back up or uninstall a culprit program
5th as I would always do, always use the MMC for programs, not the phone memory because we are limited to just a couple of MBs and we dont want to waste that because its used as ram as well.
6th Never mess around with your phone using a file manager unless you know what youre doing or you read it in the forums where many confirmed.
7th Dont install too much applications, Install only those u need
8th Install only applications that run and was tested on the phone you have. Never apps that run for other symbian series.
9th dont clean the white case of the phone with soap it will easily turn yellow.
10th Always use the search button in this forum, reading has its price.
Your last resort is always the Nokia Service Center and...
Hi,
I like very much your 10 commandments regarding nokia 3650. But I would like to Ask you some more things.
1.As a mobile enthusiastic I like this phone very much and I always looking for the new apps especially which are suitable for this model. but unfortunately concerned me most of the applications are costly and I’m insist to use warez. Hope you forgive me.
2. I never use internal memory for the programs. So internal memory still remains 2.5 MB.
3. I tried many times to take the backup. But each time its not get completed. It always showing some communication problem after some time.
4. Still I’m confused because what’s the relation between battery reset and booting. Because after the each battery reset phone boot normally and fine.
5. Internal memory still remains 2.5 MB. Then how too many applications causing trouble.
6. I think only two type people are there. One is they always admit like “yes we are still using cracked apps and we like to use warez. Other type is always lying like we don’t like warez and we never tried before.
7. anyway I will consider your suggestions seriously and I will try to do things as you mentioned.
Thanks,
Baiju.

Like Computers, installation of many programs slows down your system and from time to time will give you errors and problems in any form or another.
Use of many applications as well causes SYMBIAN to mulfunction (in a tragic and slightly tragic way) and since this is a lower type Operating system not as superior as other working Platforms expect that from time to time you would have to do a format since you insist in using warez, you face the fact that you're doing it at your own risk. I hope you understand as well that warez will not be discussed here as forum rules. And forgive me as well if I wont be helping you anymore.
