I currently have a nokia 3650 phone and wanted to go for sendo x. But as I was reading some ppls posts , it did not seem to be that great, especially the RF quality! Do u think i should go for it. I live in the US, do u think i'll have any problems with the reception, whatsoever?
Thank ya all, Vic
Should I get a Sendo x?
Or should I go for nokia 7610, mitac mio 8390, or sharp gx32??
I have a Sendo X and wish I had got a 7610.
Yes it may lose the mp3 player but at least it can be used as a normal phone without the rubbish reception of the Sendo X.
The problem with the Sendo X is that it feels like an unfinished phone. No themes support, flaky Camcorder, dodgy reception, slow response.
I was looking at the Sendo X or Siemens SX1. Should have gone for the later and saved myself 50
And the icing on the cake is I can't even get rid of the Sendo as everyone knows it's crap. Looks nice for a 300 paperweight though!
I was also thinking of upgrading to sendo x. i have a nokia 6600 of which i am very satisfied but after reading the threads about sendo x i changed my mind. so now i am waiting until nokia 6630 comes out because it has such new features and new technology!
What do u also think about mitac mio 8390? It cost much less than nokia but have a stereo mp3 player, 262k display(which i don't care about), nice camera but only 0.3mp + a less price 350 for mitac and about 480-500 for nokia!
Yeh got to agree the 6630 does look nice!
I am quite happy with my Sendo X and haven't had any problems with it. It has great feature set and is easy to use.
Obviously, some people may experience problems with the phone as you can't please all of the people all of the time.
However, at least Sendo listen to users and fix problems through firmware updates.
That depends on you really, because on my side I had bad experience with Nokia and Siemens and none with Sendo X.
Question is, do this people really have an X that is giving you this advice.
I do have an X and Im really happy about I havent really had any Problems with it.
I would advice you to go to the store and take a good look at it.
Oh yeah it also depends on what are planning on doing with it, at the moment I only use it what
A cell phone is made for really, calling and receiving calls, sending SMS/MMS, sync my addresses
And calendar dates with my Mac. All that works really nice.
Oh yeah the reason why I got my self a Sendo I really don't support any Monopole 😃
Shaggy
P.S. The ones that complain about the firmware from Sendo (which I had on my when it was bought and had no problems, what ever) shouldn't all be used to it if using Windows? hihihihi
