i have a problem.. my mmc reader cant read my card.. it worked on my n-gage but not the reader.. i'ver tried using another mmc on my reader and it works.. it must be the card.. ive tried formatting but it still doesnt work..

It is Copyright Protected Card.
If there is not any important data then try format in phone then use in card reader and format it in dos.
it will work fine.

I don't know but i was getting the same problem with the RSMMC for 7610 which comes in the sales package.Person toldme frist format in mobile and then format it in Ms Dos.
it can be readed by Card Reader now.

Have you tried formatting in through Windows in the FAT16 format?
If not, do that. Then put it in your phone and format it.
OR - If you can't format through Windows, format it in your phone first but use a prog. like a trial edition of AppMan to close all running threads (applications) which should allow access to your card and you'll be able to format it in FAT16 in Windows, and format it again in your phone.
