What programs did you install?
You should search the forum first before asking, but anyway try these...
Boot in safe mode (hold pencil key down then turn it on) or
Take out the MMC then boot or
take out the mmc then boot in safe mode or
Maybe take out the battery, re sit then boot in safe mode.
Kick it if it fails... LOL.
Just kiddin but its a sure trip to a Nokia Service Center for a flash.

Dude, I'm new here and I'm here because I face the same problem with my Nokia 3660. And, it happens after I messed around with a cracked Camera FX I installed yesterday. Friggin' regret installing these so-called 'free' applications from the net. Desperately need help. I tried to boot it in 'safe mode' and it didn't work for me :frown: . I'm so sad, regretting what I did. My friend said he could help me reset everything, a process called 'reflashing'?? It will cost me about USD20, Malaysian Ringgit 80 for me (Malaysian). Sigh, izzit gonna be my last resort to reflash? Mine's a Nokia 3660 which was brought in illegally, from Germany I guess (T-Mobile). So, I don't have a warranty by authorised Nokia company and I'm in distress. Please gimme some ideas. Thank you so very much... :frown:
restart in safemode, and then do a hard format of the phone.
you can search this forum to find ot how to do both of those things! also, make sure your battery is full when you do the format. that will sort out your phone and rmbr never to use cracked software as this is what the consequnces are!!

Sadly, I can't restart in full mode... it won't even charge. Taking it to the shop tomorrow for a 'reflash' which might cost me USD15. Sad...

if you are able to key in any characters at all, try *#7370#. It will reset the settings to original state. It helped me when I was unable to boot up.
let us know how you get on!
I once fixed the same problem in my 3650, look here:
