A Cornish Question

I just spent a wonderful weekend in Cornwall, but I noticed that while there, when I tried to check my mail, I had to connect twice. The first time would always fail, I'd have to wait for the GPRS symbol to go and then I'd try again and it would work. Once I returned, all was well and I can check my mail first time.

Is that odd or what? Could it be that Vodafone have a problem in the magical land? The signal strength was 100%

If anybody wants to chill with the still, pop down Porthleven! It's heavenly!

I get this problem sometimes, turning the phone off and on again usually does the trick. I'm not sure if this is due to GPRS reception though.
