what should i do now?
bout 3 months ago i bought philips camcorder pro from handango, ev4erything oktill i changed my memory card and i lost the software. oops.
so off i go to handango.com, read up a bit and decide the best thing to do is get them to re-send me my registration code, 6 e-mails later and no reply.
i paid for this software and i'm sure they will be able to re-send a code. it wasnt hard.
please advise, thanks

It is poor customer support like this that makes people who normally wouldn't go warez way and say feck em all.
Send loads and loads of E-mails - make a draft and just keep sending it. I would use a none ISP E-mail account to do this and maybe you will get their atttention, well thats what I would do.
still not gettin reply, does anyone know what measures i can take (ie getting some sort of trading authority in)??????????
