I Can't access my AOL Emails on a 910

I have setup my email access for an imap email account using my aol screen name.

I can send e-mails, which appear in my sent folder on my pc. They also appear as sent on the phone. So far so good. However I can't retrieve my e-mails that were sent via the pc though.

I can't receive my incoming emails either. The phone says no new e-mails even when they are in the pc inbox.

When I try to access my inbox, the phone shows a taskbar which states correctly 'loading headers 1 to 84' ( 84 e-mails are on my pc) This is on the screen for a second then goes away leaving nothing in my phone inbox.

My settings appear to be correct. I understand that this should work ok on a 910.

imap.uk.aol.com (port 143)
smtp.uk.aol.com (port 587)

Anyone actually got theirs working with Aol? SE can't help, o2 can't help, and Aol haven't a clue!

Please help!!!!!!!!
