Screen Brightness....

I happen to have the luxury of currently owning two Ngage QDs. I bought one from my friend for $70 and the next day my girlfriend surprised me by buying me one(since I was always harpin to her about wanting one). She doesnt know what I have two - but thats besides the matter. I'm gonna have her return it later....

Anyways, I was checking SW Version of it and apparently one of the phones was : V 04.10, 19-07, 2004 and the other was V4.00 14-6-2004. But what intrigued me was that the 4.10 version had a brighter screen (yes I did turned up the brightness all the way for both phones). Has anyone else noticed this?

There is a thread on one of the arena boards where a number of people report that the contrast/brightness of their QD lowered after they had it reflashed to firmware version 4.0. It seems that this problem has been sorted out in V4.10.
