hopefully my 6620 is on its way, and i was wondering if i will be able to sync my contacts from microsoft outlook into my contacts list on the phone?
if not is there a program i can install to do it?

Yes, with Nokia PC Suite.
Get the latest version (v6.4 package, which also includes drivers for the DKU-2 USB cable) from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite (select your phone to be 7610 from the list; you can pick he 6620 if you go to the US site http://www.nokiausa.com/pcsuite, but then you'll only be presented with v6.2 and a separate driver installation).
If the phone is delivered with a CD, it in all likelihood will have an older PC Suite (v6.1 or v6.2) than the latest one on the web.
