i am currently using a sony clie - can i convert the address book and memopad info onto a sony-ericsson 910, if so, how?

Your only option is to first sync your clie with Outlook, and then sync outlook with the p910 again
With the address book you can select all, then beam them to the 910 as they are sent as vCard
