How do I change?????

I have done it before but now I can not find out where to do this change.

How do I change the lower right button on the screen. It was initially set to go straight to a new message. Then I reset my phone to defaults and now it goes to mMode.

Where do I go to change this one back to the New Message indicator. The left button is set for the camera.

This is on a Nokia 6620 phone.

Took me two hours to try to find out and then ASK.

Took 15 minutes to get an answer.

Now that I got that fixed, I have another one.

When someone calls me the phone rings once and goes to voicemail. I can not find out what to change to make the phone ring until I answer it, at least 4 or 5 times. How do I fix this?
