Unknown Files Found, Should I Delete?

i found files with names like 2807g45 and 8459fb9 etc.. whilst browsing f explorer and appman, should i delete them as i do not recognise them?

If you feel you must delete something, delete only files you do recognize (pictures, sounds & such), but do not touch those you don't know.

Blindly deleting files you do not recognize yourself will make it all the more likely for programs or your phone to stop working & requiring a reinstall or reformat.
