I found an article from "newlc" announcing this phone in the Symbian Expo with a new name U300. Take a look:

The change IS true! U300 is the only thing Arima are selling (we could change the forum name...). Although Arima doesn't sell it to us (customers) but only to company's that actually want to release it 😃

I supose you should change the forum name. If Arina didn�t bring ASP805 to SymbianExpo and insted U300, I believe the choice is made!
Regarding U300, the design is so much better! With the 1,3mb camera plus Radio, I think they have a market! Although the price shouldn't be too high because of the SE P800,P910. The SE trademark sells better than Arina so they have to offer more for less money, I think.
In their press conference they said it should be a lot cheaper than the SE UIQ phones, so that's good news! I'll discuss changing the forum name with the team 😃
I read in the article of Rafe (that you already mensioned) that the preview is Q1 2005. In the SymbianExpo they confirm it?
The second article I linked too, Rafe posted live from the press conference Arima held at the Expo... That article says production will start Q1 2005. I hope that answers your question...

This change (and many others) only proves that the forum is always on evolution because have moderators well informed that pays attencion to the users at the same time.
