They're the same only the keymatprint is different which you can replace.
So when you buy a 7210 you can change it into a 6610, you'll have to buy the covers and the keymat and the keymatprint.
Then you've got to different phones!

The Radio Module is exactly the same, so no difference.
The 6610 is cheaper ?!
