just got my nokia 7610 the other day and all was good. started up fine but when it got to the menu screen a window popped up saying 'enhancement not supported'. this window just keep popping up and prevented me from doing anything. tried formatting it but that didnt help. about to take it in to have it looked at but i thought i would ask here first.
so..., anyone have any idea's what it could be?

Sounds like you are trying to connect an unsupported headset. If you're not doing anything, then the phone thinks you or someone is. If formatting the phone doesn't help, then I'd take it back for service.
thanks for the help. it seems to work fine with the headset conected but when i take it off it starts going off again. looks like i might have to take it in. at least i can still play around with it. thanks again.
