Synching and Linux applications

Guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know of any applications under Linux (perhaps KDE) that provide the same (or better) synching capabilities like Outlook.

I know of PIM
http://pim.kde.org/

And Kontact
http://www.kontact.org/components.php

Components within these that migth synch are
Kpilot (Palm desktop replacement)
Kandy (synchronises mobile phones)
KitchenSync (universal synching application)

And, as the 9500 is using SyncML it should be possible to write an app that synchs regardless of OS... ?!

Can anyone shed any light on this...?

Thanks!
