Hi!

I updated to version 12 of firmware, and ringtones got very low level, even if set to maximum. Common problem with new FW I guess, but is there any known workaround ??

Actually, it's an old problem. Siemens deliberately lowered the volume on FW10 and FW12 . Current solution is to revert back to fw8 and below (search the forum on how to do it).
Or better yet, ask your local service center if they already have FW15 (this firmware fixed the lower volume issue) and have them update it for you.

Here in Turku - Finland is no service center 😞 I posted mail to the siemens about issue. They definetly should update their webpage and serve new firmware there. I don't want to revert older version, because new light control in camera is great, and stability increased. Thank you for your reply!
