Anybody used profimail in india.If please tell me the settings for hutch or airtel.I have mymail.ro account. I'm from andhra.And How to use nokia mailbox i.e settings.Does we need hutch_www for that.

I'm from kolkata, but i have never heard of profimail before. What is it? If you are talking Abt the email option in messaging, i dont think hutch or airtel support it- i'll try to find out though! Rohit
It is a email client from lonelycatgames.com makers of ultramp3 and smartmovie.

Did you get Profimail working ? I am from Kerala on BSNL GPRS, but cannot connect to my Sancharnet POP3 account using Profimail or the build in Messaging application. The error is ' Server not found'.
Would like to know if you got it working....
I asked the airtel customer care, and they said they dont support the mailbox option in messaging.
So i'm thinking that profimail wont work with airtel at least.

what about 6600 messaging application, can you use it to connect to any pop3 mail box ?
from my understanding you cannot use the 6600 messaging application to connect a pop3 mail box.
Any latest update on this? Is Profimail working for anyone in India?

till yet, i dont think so
not working for me too, on BSNL GPRS. I had it uninstalled after playing with it for two months.... 😉
