changing 6600 standby buttons?

Hope my question makes sence,

on the "standby Screen" on the 6600, I know how to change the two buttons, but, is there a way of putting another program on one of the buttons? eg TomTom mobile?

thanks in advance for any help

No, not on the 6600. Newer Series 60 releases allow that (e.g., the one on the 6630 can be used to put any installed or built-in program to the two buttons, and also to any direction of the "joystick" key).

Not likely, I'm afraid. In other words, only by getting a new phone (and this feature alone is probably not reason enough to switch phones).

Yeah mate ! ..its possible to assign ...diff functions on a 6600 !!

But to the joystick ...and not the standby buttons on the 6600 !
That way u can add 4 diff apps / functions to the joystick !!

Use Psiloc Task Manager !! Allows u to do just that !! :icon14:
