Hi,
I'm new to the UIQ game, and I was wondering if you folks have any views as to what are the best internet browers? I know Opera's free, it's big, too... I was glancing at Requireless Webviewer, does anyone use it?
I would be interested to here your views and experiences, if you have the inclination to share them!
There is a very good reason Microsoft have been sucking up to Opera for the last several months trying to get them to produce a Pocket PC version of Opera. That's because it is by far and away the best mobile browser out there. The Small Screen rendering technology is just the dogs ********. Once you've seen a website on a handheld rendered with Opera, you won't be able to use anything else. Stick it on the memory card if it's size bothers you, but there is no competition.

Opera is indeed a great browser, but i tried Reqwireless webviewer and it ran circles around Opera even with fast rendering feature(it makes images look really crap).
The only problem with Reqwireless on the P900/P910(only) is that it run only on half the screen! 😞 but on other phones such as the SE S700, it's full screen.
This is kinda what I've found out. So I was interested in your replies. Thanks for sharing! But how can Opera be free? Can't be open source...
Take it easy, and thanks again.
It is free, because Sony Ericsson pays them! 😃
