Hello,
I called today to Argentine Nokia Support Center and they told me that I can't update my mobile to a spanish software version because I bought it in the Middle-East.
This unit have english-french-german languages available but no spanish.
After reading some thread I learned that I can do it or it's possible do it just updating the firmware.
Okay, my local NSC should do it but they argue that it's impossible 😞
What you think? They say that it's possible for mobiles acquired here, in local market.
Stupids I think

It is not impossible (no technical obstacles). Your local Nokia service center just needs to put the local firmware release they already have for locally supplied phones on your phone.
If your model is not sold locally (you didn't say which model you have), then your local Nokia service center should be able to get a firmware package with Spanish for the model from Nokia (if it is not an actual Nokia shop).
Hi
My model is 3660 (built in Finland, bought in UAE) and in use in Argentina.
They also told me that I need to request for a confirmation code to let Nokia ARG import the firmware to update my phone.
Confused and wired.
