*<3650 headphone problem>* — Nokia 3650, 3660, and 3620

Hi,

I'm new to symbian phones and the forum. I have a problem with my 3650. a software for viewing divx movies and one for playing mp3 are installed. i want to use headphones, but when I plug them, I hear voice from both the phone speaker and the headphones, both at a reduced level. i tried a number of different headphones (including original one) and different settings, but i couldnot solve the problem. any ideas on how to solve it?

by the way, phone is of fw 2.50. may upgrading help with it?

I frequently get that problem : Usually I adjust the headset -by taking the plug out of the socket, and slowly putting it in the socket - till i get the sound only in the headset. If it doesnt work, i keep on slowly putting the plug in the socket, till I evetually get the sound in the headset. and it eventually works.

hehe i had the same problem and i solved it like you did,just put it slow in till sound will come out only from headset
