USD 1,015 .

After checking around a little it should be available here in Norway some time next week. And the cheapest price I found (no contract) is NOK 6979,- (858 Euro).

I bought N9500 in Indonesia, the price is IDR 9.5 millions. (1 USD = 9100 IDR) So the price is about USD 1,044. The price is Nokia standard price when it's launched on Oct 28 at Grand Melia Hotel Jakarta, but currently when N9500 limited stock in the market, the retail shop selling on IDR 13.5 millions, is about USD 1,484.

Do you have the phone already or are you expecting it (like the rest of us)?

O2 200 + 50 SMS with Double Talk & Text 229.99 0.00 30.00
O2 400 + 50 SMS with Double Talk & Text 244.99 0.00 45.00
O2 100 +100 SMS with Double Talk & Text 274.99 0.00 25.00
Leisure Time Plus with Double Talk & Text 314.99 0.00 20.00

However the site doesn't mention anything about stock or availability, nor do they have an O2 upgrade option... 😞

I had the phone already dated on Oct 28, 2004. In the box, you will receive hotsync craddle, mono handsfree, CD software, cable DKU-2, free leather case voucher and free hotspot voucher. It's quite excelent but still slow processing response if I comparing with my XDA 2. For the connectivity, it's great, no need to configure anything, with zero configuration it will automatic configuring GPRS with the lines operator you are using on it and also the WIFI if hotspot detected. The phone is very stable not like 92xx series and supporting my MMC 1 Gbyte, but the camera function is only VGA resolution (0.3Mpixel).
I looking for the software for playing WMV files on my N9500, does anyone knows?

I bought in Italy for 790 euro

hi i am buyin my nokia 9500 today for 35700 rupees in kolkata.i am gettin a free 128 mb mmc card too.can anyone tell whether this is the right price to go for or do u expect prices to come down drastically in a month's time when 9300 is released.

Looking at the price the 9210 still is, I doubt a drastical decrease in price. Besides, the 9300 is not a successor, just a phone in another segment of the market

That is actually a good price. The cheapest price here in Switzerland is 36800 rupees (950 CHF / 628 Euro) and this is only if I order through my company. Out in the market it is 40675 (1050 CHF / 694 Euro).
Price will decrease over time, but the 9300 coming to the shops should and probably will not have so much influence on the price of the 9500. 9500 is markted as a communicator, 9300 "only" as a smartphone. and therefore the target audience are to some extent different. (that is at least what Nokia says 😊 ).

The Nokia 9500 become available this morning at the Carphone Warehouse for just 99.99 with a new contract on O2 Max.

Ordered mine (free delivery), they said I'd get it tomorrow.

If you want to order their number is: 0800 049 0049

Thanks for that - I asked them on Friday evening about it, and the guy said that he could see it on the computer that they were inbound, but didn't have a delivery/shipping date - 320 on O2 Upgrade was the price - better order today! 😃

Thanks again!

As a new product for sure the Nokia 9500 will be overpriced, it is good to know and track the prices globally, please do the following:

Country: Price in US$
Optional Information

Saudi Arabia: $1460
5 years warranty

Best price I have seen so far is 525 for SIM free and 130 for phone with 12 month contract @36 per month for 250 mines on O2 in UK (e2save.co.uk). Don't need another number but effectively you buy free calls? Told that handset is not locked.
