I am looking to buy an sx1 soon. Preferably a black one, but I was wondering what you all paid for yours and where you got them. I'm in the USA so I can't really buuy from a UK store (unless they ship here). I've seen them for as cheap as $349 on ebay which I'll probably go for and get a black faceplate.

You can get the standard SX-1's through ebay in the US without much problem for about $300-$350. I am a Formula One fan so I had to have the McLaren version of the SX-1 which comes in black only. It is supposedly a limited edition and is only sold in the UK and Germany.
I bought it from someone selling them through ebay UK and had her ship it to me here in Chicago. I would bet I have one of the only ones in the US. I haven't even seen another SX-1 anywhere, let alone my black, McLaren version.
I paid $530 for it when it was all said and done. Some poor soul just did buy-it-now on a McLaren SX-1 located in California for $999!! Jeez, eyeroll. It was a slight pain to buy from someone in the UK, but the transaction went smoothly and I'd recommend buying from her again.
I am using a black SX1 too, but mine is not the McLaren edition. Silimar to the normal silver colour but just it is in black.

auto off/restart problem -> is it happening to this phone ?
the sms ( short messaging ) becomes empty when a phone ring or pressed on a cancelled button accidentally, the message will be gone -> is it happening for this phone ?

In Poland you can buy it in business GSM operator plan for about 35$. Can you belive it? I have a black one (not mclaren). In shop about 320$ in price promotion.
