a fake or cheap brand of battery? or maybe ur overcharging or something? get it replaced :s

when does the warming of the battery happen? does it happen when you talk on the phone?? i think its normal it does get warm but not very warm though... i used to have a samsung and when i talk over the phone the battery gets warm too.
