HandyDay 2005

I have a problem installing the demo! It says it didn't pass the security check :con? Anyone else with such a problem?

Ok, thanks! But why is that? I always install them from the phone? This is the first apps that gives me such a problem....

Ok I just installed and try it out a bit. And all I can say is: what a major disappointment!

First disappointment was with installing. Only one language available.

I still have the "old" normal version of Handy Day installed, and although it lacks some of the 2005's features, it is so much easier in use. You could just scroll through the days with the jog-dial, not anymore in the 2005 edition.
And when you want to change a setting it is so illogically structured, I could hardly find what I was looking for. They have also decided to just DELETE stuff like a week view.

The Flip-closed mode isn't all that either. You can't create new appointments, tasks, use a week view etc. (all things AquaCalendar CAN do).

What I hate about this app (in comparison to AquaCalendar) that a click on "Appointments" or "Tasks" doesn't take you to another part of HandyDay, but actually to the P900's native Calendar or Tasks app. Once you want to return to HandyDay there is no easy way (except if you put in the quick links or something).

They decided to include a wheather function. But after one year, you're actually gonna have to pay for it! Ridiculous. If you use apps like Worldmate the wheather service is free

As I said, major disappointment. I like AquaCalendar WAY better (although it looks a lot worse), hell, I even like the old "normal" Handy Day better. No way I'm gonna use this app.

Things I do like about this app:
- The way it looks
- The calculator in FC mode

I wonder if anyone here agrees with me...
