i have a nokia 3660 mobile. i am unable to open my images folder in my phone memory.i have tried to open it through third party software also but it shows a system error. I then opened it through PC suite and sucessed but i was unable to delete a photo that i took earlier that day. this was neither copied nor renamed. PLEASE HELP. :con?

Strange failure,

Question, can you actualy seen the pic when you've stored it on your pc? When you can the photo isn't corrupted.

Do you run any other app wich uses the phones image directory? Like Fututblog or something like that. When I run Futublog I can't acces the librarie through the menu, but can do via any file explorer.

Try a Hardreset, take the battarie out for a minute or some and try again. If this doesn't solve the problem you could think off resetting the entire phone to factory standards by using *#7370# but when you do so you'll lose any informtaion on your phone, you could store some info on the memcard by a backup.

i did try to restore factory settings but that didn't help. I think the photo is corrupted as i cannot open it, not even in the pc. i am not using any application that may be using the file as i have installed a file manager software opening the file in that is also not possible. i am really in deep trouble PLEASE HELP.

You could try DesktopFileman from Sywmbianware, with this app youve somewhat more administartive tools to get rid of the corrupted file.
But how did you try to restore the factory settings? Did you try *#7370# ? with this you should be able to perform a complete installation froim your rom.

1) Did you try to delete the file with FExplorer (www.gosymbian.com) ?

2) How did you restored the factory settings? (from menu or by *#7370#)
- the #code should be a better solution
