Can Anyone Help Me!!
I've Bought The Sendox From Exspansys...
It Seems Like You Can Activate The Phone With T-mobile In
The States.....
So I Go To T-mobile And They Cannot Get It Working!!
They've Put In The Sim Card, But They're Telling Me There
Has To Be Setting On The Phone That Needs To Be Changed....
Can Anyone Help Me.....??!!
Is There Some Kind Of Setting Change That Needs To Be Done ????

I'm using the phone on T-Mobile in the UK with no problems...
You're in the States right? - Try forcing the phone to 1900MHz mode - go to Tools > Settings > Network Settings > Network Band Select to change it.
Having said that...you do have 1900 coverage in you're area, don't you? The X does not support the 850MHz band.
I'm using T-mobile US in NY/NJ without too many problems!!
I got my Sendo from ebay so at the time it had the older French firmware. When I put in my 2 year old US T-mobile sim card from a N3650 into my Sendo it worked straight way.
Can you be more specific? - Does the phone actually start up and you cannot find a network or is it refusing to accept the sim card.
I have my network selection and band settings on automatic.
I was using the Sendo on T-Mobile in California. The phone was fine when it was on the network - the only problem is that it would either not connect half the time (no signal) or it would connect then drop the signal later. If you can't get any signal, try leaving it on for a while - mine would pick it the signal at some point (although generally wouldn't hold on to it for that long).
contact your network operator for details on 1900Mhz coverage in those areas
Hi,
I have just got my new Sendo X, but I am unable to get it to work on the T-mobile network here in the US
The phone itself will start up with the SIM card in there, in the top right where I think there is a signal bar showing it shows 3 bars.
But when I try to make a phone call all it does is attempt the call then says it is disconnected. When I go into the Sim Contacts settings piece it says that the Sim Card is not ready
The sim card works in my Sony T39M without any issues. Sim card is about 5 years old though I dont think that should make a difference
Have went into the network settings and chosen manual instead of Automatic and the phone responds back
"No Network Found"
I have also tried forcing it onto the the 1900 mhz band but it still comes up saying that
"No Network Found"
Can you please advise if there is something special I need to do to get the phone to work
Sounds like you may have a compatibility issue with the sim card and x
Contact Tmobile and ask them what spec the SIM card is and what voltage.
Think you are right Dolphin just tried someone elses sim card in my phone that was on Cingular and it worked weill see if T-mobile can ship me a new one
Update - Yep the new sim card worked great though T-Mobile is really giving me sucky coverage where I am. thanks again Dolphin
I have T-Mobile in Chicago.
I got nervous when I first got it because it wouldn't work for me either. When I forced it to 1900 it works now, but I lose the signal often and have to reset it.

folks, i know this is an old posting. but i thought i would check. i have a sendo x and tmobile in the cincinnati, oh area. it's working pretty well. i'm having trouble finding an instant messenger app for it. agile messenger was recommended but it won't work with my tzones. any help would be appreciated.
it's asking for my IAP, and tmobile support says they only use WAP. what's all that about?
thanks,
todd
near the KCK are and the x works fine on the t-mobile network. have not traveled with it yet but would assume given my location that it will be ok all over.
