ive jus bought a 7610 a month ago and theres a serious problem with my security codes . whenever i try to enter a lock code it doesnt allow a new code to appear wen it says verify lock code it says wrong code entered but it isnt wrong and i put my pincode on but wen i opened my phone it asked for the code but it keeped rejecting it then it asked for a puk code and i entered one .then it said enter new code and i put one and it said verify but wen i did that it said code rejected and i had to get a new sim and the problem is still there,i cant even format my phone and it rejects the code. can anyone tell me wat to do ?

Press the * button and the 3 and Green call button at the same time and then switch on the phone while holding those button. This should start the format and should solve your problem. If it doesnt work, then I suggest you put the simcard in another phone to remove the pin code and then try it in the phone.
