Uninstalling applications appearing in the menu but not in the manager

Hi All,
Recently I purchased a new MMC card loaded with lots of applications. There are few applications which are appeared in the menu but I cant see them in the manager for ex. torch, ultraMP3, etc..
My question is how to remove such applications?

Use a file manager (like FExplorer, http://www.gosymbian.com/) to delete the program files from the MMC.
