3.12 - 3.16 - 4.14 (?)

The software version 3.16 is released for downloads at your Nokia Service Center, but Nokia produces new 7650's with a higher software like 4.14

WOW! That answer NOKIA gave doesnt include any information whatsoever! I like Nokia phones, but their customer service is REALLY CRAP!!!! Maybe this is becasue they are NO.1 in europe, so they know whatever they do ppl will still buy Nokia phones!
