trouble with my nokia 6600 phone

I have a problem with my nokia 6600,When I switch on the phone,it will display
PHONE STARTUP FAILED,CONTACT THE RETAILER.
Since no retailer around,I need ur help.The phone was actually charged with a generator.

What do you expect anyone to be able to do?

Doing something as silly as charging,with anything other than a battery charger was bound to end in tears!!!

Just Format your phone there is a Thread "Full Formatting Tips" can helps u
after formatting it will work find but all data will erase.

hi there,
i have a problem with my 6600 nokia i had installed a noncompatible software and i recieved it from my computer by the IR device and i tried to delete it but this note always appeared (general:already in use) so what shall i do
