3650 video

Does anyone know in which format will the video for the new nokia 3650 be? I think NIM but im not sure (it was for 9210)

Thats cool. So if i have a video for Nokia 9210 it will work on 3650?

And one more Question: How to get videos in 3650????

AFAIK what works on 7650 should work on 3650. That means Realplayer, Oplayer should both work on 3650 as well. From what I've heard Nokia is planning to pre-install Real on all their 3650's.

Magic,

RealOne will come pre installed with the 3650.

Jonny,

You can get videos by either streaming, bluetooth, ir, email, direct download (If browser supports it)

The video format in Real Player must be the Real Video and Real Audio. I hear the vvideo recorder refords 3GPP MP4, which is the MMS standard. So I assume the video player (Real) will play also this.

Npokia 7650 does not have a video player.

I hear there will be no NIM support as it was a Nokia proprietary thing made just for the 9210.

Actually 3GPP defines H.263 (wrapped in 3gp-file) as a mandatory video codec and MPEG-4 is optional. RealOne player can also handle 3gp-files. Video recorder in 3650 records files in 3gp-format.
