card reader doesn't read my 7610 MMC card please help

hi my new 7610 card cannot be opned in my cadreader the reader light glows when card inserted but i am not able to open it.
any solutions
?????

How big is the Card and who is Manufacturer? If its Nokia, I`ve heard rumours of some RS-MMC Nokia cards not working in Card Readers because they were made using a special way or something. All others makes should work fine.

They Work Perfectly Alright But only Orignal MMC (Contained with Phone) not read in card reader. U can try after formatting in your Phone.

i have the same problem too.. anybody got any gd advice?? should i quiz the nokia service staff about it??

i had the same problem with the original mmc.. i changed my reader to a new one. now the new card reader can read it perfectly.. maybe your reader is just to old or not working properly..

I have tried on 3 different Card Reader but no hope.
Can u tell me which Brand you r using.

Mine works fine. Only problem is the clip on end came off once and got stuck but came out ok with a pair of tweezers - others than that it has been great. Its from scan ...
