Hi noobie here!! Can anyone tell me how to remove all the t-mobile stuff and replace it with either vodafone or a generic software?

Removing operator software
You have to have the phone flashed with "generic" firmware instead of an operator version. It is not a do-it-yourself thing (unless you have fairly expensive hardware and illegal copies of firmware files).
