how do i copy from inbox to mmc?

i've got a file in my inbox i need to store on the mmc card. the file format is unrecognized, which is fine for my purposes....its an application file. the app will read it. but, the phone wont.

so, the only folder options the phone gives me are to store in 'my folders' in messaging. how do i xfer a file outside of messaging?

Use a File Manger like fexplore to browse through x:System/mail/... browse all folders or use the search feature of the file manager to locate the file. Cut or copy then paste to your mmc.
