my 3660 only shows the nokia screen when turned on. if there is a way for the 6600 to be reformatted, i believe there is for 3660 also. please help. 😊 .

For the 3660 the formatting is via typing *#7370# at the standby screen when the phone has booted. If it doesn't boot, you have to send/take it to a Nokia service center.
