i've downloaded Series60SkinsSupport.sis from emule. its 150bytes file.
i've installed it once, and there r no changes. its not visible in installed apps in app manager.
howto use this file to enable themes on my 7650??
i've found a little talk about Themerizer named app that will add this support to 7650 phones. is there any update about it?

There is no way whatsoever to use it on your 7650. It is not a program (just a file grabbed of a 6600 probably). It doesn't do anything. It will not make Series 60 2.x themes work on any older Series 60 0.9/1.2 phone.

I'm afraid that there is no series60skinSupport.sis in existence that would be of any practical use for you or anyone else (at least not for running Series 60 Themes on old phones with no Themes support), so you can stop looking/waiting for one.
