Bluetooth problem

I have been using my Bluetooth headset and voice dialling without any problem until recently. Calls can be asnwered using the headset but when I press the button to initiate a call it comes up almost straight away on the phone with 'No Match Found' - it has nto given me the usual beep to tell me to speak the name.

I have tried re-bonding but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Ah, no match ound (whn it occurs straight away) almost certainly points to you having no voice tags. Assuming you haven't been through and deleted them all, did you upgrade your firmware or do something else that required you to restore from a backup?

Unbelievably, the backup\restore software leaves out all your voice tags, so you have to go through and record them all again.

Thanks for that. Yes I had restored the P800 as part of my messing about with the synchronisation problem.
