New to 6600 - Moving apps help

Hi you all.
As I say in the title of this post, I'm new to the 6600 (bought it yesterday). It came with nokia 32Mb card but I already bought a new Delkin 128 Mb one. Now, If I have some app installed in th original card, how should I do to put it in the new card?

Other question: I'm thinking of getting "Active Today" or "TodayView". What should I choose? And once with it, where should I install it? In the phone or in the MCC?

Thanks in advance for you all...

I only install FExplorer in phone memory and everything else on the memory card (if it isn't a program that works from the memory card, it has no place on my phones and the developer should go back to coding school 😉 ).

You can use PC Suite backup/restore to make a copy of the memory card and restore to a new/different card (note for the 6600 the BackupExclusionList.dat in the PC Suite installation directory - it says what's not backed up and thus cannot be restored, unless you edit the file).

Or, you can use a PC-based card reader and copy all files from the old card to a PC directory/folder and then back to a new one.

Or simply reinstall the apps.

Thanks N/R for the tip.

And how about the apps that I've mentioned? Something to say about?

If you use a card reader, just copy everything onto your PC, and then back onto the memory card. Before you do this, make sure the name of your memory card is the same as the old one. The 6600 seems to use the MMC card name in the path for applications...
