Nokia 7610 and Mac

Hi There, Does anyone know how the best way to get my nokia connected up to my mac and what level of file transfer and functionality i'll get. I've tried a few apps but they only seem to let you meddle with the phone book. Totally amis as to how to get music files acros to my phone. Any help !!

I usually transfer via BlueTooth::Send File
