I've got a french custom Sendo X (french operator SFR).
The problem is about updating the firmware !
Right now, its impossible cause my SPN number is : 8Y0H - 13172 - 5X000
I really don't know if Sendo support have make something for specific operator users, like me (with SFR)...

Yeah I seem to have the same problem. My no. is 8YOH - 01172 - 4X000 (no option for that on the website)
My phone is on Vodafone UK. I've been told that there is a later version of the firmware from Expansys, but I dont know how to get it. If I find out I'll let you know.
Sendo advised me a couple of weeks ago that they can only release updated software once the operator or distributor has approved it. They present and chase this approval constantly but they are reliant on that approval before they can release it for customers.
