about the THEMES!!!

could anybody tell me about a programs that could run *.sis files themes on NOKIA3650???
or the *.sis themes only work with NOKIA 6600 & 7610?!?!!

There is no such program. The Series 60 Themes only work on phones based on Series 60 2nd Edition a.k.a. 2.0, 2.1 or later.

The 3650 is based on Series 60 1st Edition, or release 1.2, where there is no support for themes.
