I need to know if formatting is safe i need to for several ressnons but is it ok to use the +#7370# or+#7780# ????? PLEASE REPLY FAST!!!!

It is safe for your phone, if you do it with a fully charged battery or the phone on AC (you don't want the process interrupted by running out of power).

It is not safe for your data (i.e., all data - settings, messages, pictures, applications you've installed, etc. - will be gone).
