firstly is it worth sending my phone away to nokia (via carphone warehouse) to get a firmware update (from 3.12 to 3.16)? are there no progs available to do this for yourself?

also i noticed in the p800 forum someone was talking about using a portable bluetooth server to stream data to his 7650 - mp3's etc? has anyone had any success doing this - are there any apps available to do it?

could you also do it from your computer - stream say a divx, mp3 file over a bluetooth connection? surely its possible?

thanks, NICK

I guess someone else has kinda answered my first question,

but surely you should be able to upgrade it yourself. Is it not just like a bios update?

i can't live without my phone for over a week.

You cannot upgrade your phone by yourself except if you have all the necessary tools which I dont think you have! Its not a .SIS file, it needs an cable connection that invloves some flashing of the EPROM etc.
