Dear Friends,is it possible to bring EDGE in N6600? How is it possible in 6620 &6630? Is it a software addition or some change in hardware? Any idea? pls advice.

Not possible. The 6620 and 6630 have different cellular modem hardware (and related software) than the 6600.
