can't start up my phone, when i on the switch the nokia logo appears and a while the start up picture go on, and finally it's stop and the dialog "App.closed Phone" and i press ok! another dialog "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer" and nothing can do...... can somebody help me with it??? plissssss...... 😊

You are using Series 60 Version.1 so u have to do what your phone says.
Contact the Retailer.Your phone need a Re-flash.Contact Near NOKIA SERVICE CENTER.

Dear natloves,
I had the same problem when I changed my sim card. Sometimes the phone would start normally and sometimes I got the same message with you. What I did was to remove the sim card and replace it being careful that is EXACTLY on the centre in the sim card case.

I know it sounds totally irrelevant but it happened to me!

I hope this helps.

try to reset the phone to the original factory settings by entering *#7370#

but it will wipe out the files u got stored at your phone (the MMC card will be OK though)

😃

i think your seleq is missing @ your explorer is missing . try to install back . if you have a backup file (in your MMC) use that one. make sure that seleq is in your application
