I have a big problem. My phone was working fine until I had some apps installed. Since them the alphanumeric mode (the little pencil with abc on the top of the screen) disappeared and the phone only writes numbers.
When I open my gerneral phone settings I get the error message "App. closed gs"
Also when I log in I get the message "System error". I press ok, I log in but no letters, only numbers! I think it must be a corrupted system file but I don't know which one.
The apps I installed right before the problem occured are:
Simworks antivirus
Jukebox animal
Guitar tuner
SMS Fake
Talks for s60
CoMobi secure edition
The three last ones are the most suspected to be the cause of the problem.
I unistalled all the programs and restarted the system. The same problem occurs.
I read about users that have had the same problem but I saw no solution to their problems.
I need your help to solve this problem. All suggestions are welcome (note: I prefer not to format the phone because I had it formatted very recently)
