I have a sx1 phone, I think I damage my firmware, my sx1 dont show any picture message, it Can't display any .ota files.
When I try to open, this meesage show:
Feature not supported!
Please help Me

I have this problem too. I naddition of this, I installed application like Black List and AnswerMachine and ... but none of them, doesn't work on my phone. These are happened after installing frimeware 12. Can everyone help me?!
my phone ver was 14.
I Send my mobile to a Siemens Service center,
in this place install ver 7 on my phone and say me it's the best firmware for sx1.
and now, I haven't any problem with my phone
I have tried to install the Resco Viewer (has the capability to view *.ota files) but unfortunately the problem still can not be solved (the picture message can not be viewed).
Any idea for other alternative application? Beside the firmware downgrading (to ver 7.0).
